Terms and Payments

Security deposit: a deposit of $30/service is mandatory and non-refundable to obtain and confirm an appointment. It will be included in the total amount. Upon receipt of the deposit, an SMS containing the details of the appointment, a telephone number and the address (Gatineau, Plateau) will be communicated to you.

Mail for deposit and payments: Please settle the deposit online, if you wish to pay by Interac, please contact us so that we can guide you (Please choose your service and verify the date and time with me before sending the deposit).

Makeup service conditions: In case of contagious diseases, please notify me / Come with your face completely free of makeup and clean / In order to ensure a beautiful result, for thick eyebrows, I should pluck them before starting the service / the satisfaction of my clients is very important to me, which is why I agree to do touch-ups but within the time allocated for the service.

Conditions for the wig fitting service: Please come with clean and stretched hair / the wig must be sent at least 3 days before the appointment to be customized / Laces accepted: 13*4; 13*6; 4*4; 5*5.

Only human wigs are accepted, if synthetic wigs, please contact us first.

Delays, Postponements and Cancellations: A fee of $25 will be applied for delays of more than 10 minutes if there are no subsequent clients, after 20 minutes the appointment is cancelled, regardless of the reason.

Otherwise the appointment is automatically cancelled. In case of cancellation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you wish to postpone your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours before the day of the appointment.

***PS: the deposit is non-refundable.

Accompaniments: Please come alone so that I can better manage the time and quality of the service.

Payment: only online payments and e-transfers/Interac are accepted and the balance must be sent before the start of the service.
